WARRANTY

Wicker is a woven material which its parts can move slightly. Finishes in normal situations can separate at its connections. Please understand the nature of the material-it is not a manufacturing defect.
WickerWideWeb warrants that its materials used is free from manufacturing defects in workmanship  and will either give credit or replace defective parts for a period of up to 60 days from the date of purchase in accordance with the conditions set forth below.

If a repair defect is found, WickerWideWeb should be notified promptly of the defect and supplied a copy of the invoice and delivery ticket. Inspection by a WickerWideWeb employee or representative may be necessary to verify that a repair or original manufacturing defect exists, or you may be required to submit samples to WickerWideWeb along with a digital image of the defects to: Warranty@WickerWideWeb.com

Implied warranties or merchantability and fitness of the merchandise are limited to a period of 60 days from the date of repair. In no event shall WickerWideWeb be liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages of any kind.

  • Damaged/Returned Merchandise

  • Claims for shortages or errors must be made within 8 days of receipt of merchandise.
  • To avoid your cost of delivery return-Damages from freight handlers should be reported directly to the carrier. If damage is evident at delivery, please refuse the shipment.

 Claims for freight damages must be noted on freight documents (Bill of Lading) upon delivery, otherwise claims will not be processed by the freight carrier. If a concealed damage is found upon opening the boxes, all boxes must be kept and the freight company notified immediately at time of inspection.  WickerWideWeb is not responsible for damages incurred that have not been identified and documented upon receipt and inspection of merchandise.

Upholstery Warranty

Any Cushions or material attached to repair item must be removed to provide the least amount of risk. Even though under cases that the upholstery material can not be removed or not nessesary. WickerWideWeb takes as much effort as possable to preserve the cleanliness of the apholstery without  going beyond the cost of the original repair order. The customer takes all risks of soiling or damage due to the nature of the work needed to perform proper repair.

Warranty is void for any of the following conditions:

  1. Improper maintenance or improper use resulting in damage.
  2. Any product modifications by dealer, consumer, or other parties not authorized by WickerWideWeb will void this warranty.
  3. The cost of packaging and shipping to and from WickerWideWeb is not covered by the warranty unless expressly arranged by WickerWideWeb.
  4. This warranty covers only articles of furniture intended for residential use only. It does not apply to damage from industrial, commercial, institutional, or rental use.
  5. Dissatisfaction due to buyers remorse.
  6. Normal wear and tear under household use.
  7. Damages incurred during normal transportation.
  8. Damages incurred during assembling or maintenance.
  9. Damages incurred by accidents or abuse.
  10. Fine hairline cracks, small splits, characteristic markings and coloration's are normal and are what makes this handmade furniture unique
  11. Painted or finish scratches ( call for advise to remedy the solution) unless directly related to damages made by the carrier and box markings.
 
  • Packaging /Handling/Shipping

All products from WickerWideWeb are packaged carefully to reduce damages that may occur during shipping and handling. When a carrier signs a bill of lading covering a shipment receipt is given that it is complete and in good condition.
